I'm Gregory Klein, a social media and content professional focused on building engaged audiences and turning strategy into measurable growth, including growing a channel from zero to hundreds of thousands of views.

My background combines visual design, video production, and client-facing business experience. I treat content as a system that can grow and retain an audience, structuring content for retention, building consistent brand voice, and turning ideas into stories that actually keep people watching.

I run Still Hours, where I manage the full process from concept and scripting through editing, sound design, and distribution across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. That work has taught me to read audience behavior closely. I've grown episode retention from 22.3% to 49.1% by paying attention to what earns attention, and what earns it back.

I also bring years of experience in sales and client communication, including consistently exceeding quota at 115% annually, which helps me connect creative work to real business goals and client needs.

I'm currently exploring full-time opportunities in social media management, marketing coordination, and community management.
